My journey started over 20 years ago, working in marketing, sales, and leadership across different industries. Along the way, I developed a passion not only for creating campaigns, but for building strategies that truly move businesses forward.
When I arrived in the United States, I experienced firsthand the challenges that many entrepreneurs —especially in the Latino community— face when starting and growing a business in a new environment. That experience shaped my perspective: I realized that small businesses don’t just need marketing; they need clarity, structure, and a strategic partner who can help them connect all the pieces — from marketing and sales to leadership and team performance.
